I was able to find the parts I needed without too much trouble, which was nice. The site itself was okay to use overall, but the checkout process felt a bit clunky and could definitely be more straightforward. Still, I got what I needed in the end, so it worked out.

I used the live chat to ask about a part for my dryer, and while the person did eventually help me find what I needed, it felt like I had to keep pushing things along myself. The replies were slow, and I had to repeat the same info more than once, which got a little frustrating. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, but I kind of felt like I was the one doing extra work just to get a simple answer.

Tech support was helpful in the end, but it took a while to get there. I kind of assumed it would be a quick fix once I explained the issue, so maybe that was my own shortcut thinking. Overall, they got it handled, just slower than I expected...

Ordering was super straightforward. I just entered the model number, and the part I needed popped up right away, which was a relief because I didn’t have to sit there second-guessing anything 🙂

I ordered a dryer idler pulley from appliancepartspros and used their install video while doing the repair. To be fair, the video was definitely helpful and gave me a good idea of what I was getting into before I started taking the dryer apart.
That said, my dryer model was a little different from the one in the video, so a few screws and clips weren’t exactly where they showed them. I ended up pausing a lot and sort of working through those parts on my own.
The part itself worked fine once I got everything back together, so no complaints there. I just wish the instructions or video had been a little more specific to my exact model.

The part did work with my appliance, but it definitely wasn’t a perfect match. I had to mess with it a bit and make some adjustments to get it to fit right. Shipping was okay, but I wasn’t thrilled about having to wait in a queue when I needed help. Overall, it did the job, just not as smoothly as I hoped.

My dryer stopped heating, i was already dreading the idea of calling a repair guy or buying a whole new one. I found the part on AppliancePartsPros easily, and the repair video made it seem doable, even for someone like me who is not exactly a pro at this stuff. I kept thinking, okay, this actually makes sense, right?
The part arrived in a few days and fit just like it was supposed to. I got everything back together, and now the dryer is working again, which feels like a big win. I saved a lot of money, avoided a service call, and the whole repair was way less stressful than I expected. Not bad for someone who usually second-guesses every DIY project.

One of the parts I ordered failed while it was still under warranty, I figured it was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth. Surprisingly, they replied quickly and sent out the replacement without making me jump through hoops. It was a smooth experience overall, I’d definitely order from AppliancePartsPros again...
